The Snapper Performance Analysis System enables you to analyse long video sequences such as sporting matches and events. By recording key events and information, you can develop a database that is linked to the video allowing you to review common events and monitor performance.
For team sports, you can develop a full match by match analysis record of every game in a season or for a particular competition.
Not just limited to team sports, Snapper has been used with great success to support teacher training and also in reviewing drama and theatre productions. |

How does Snapper work?
The key to Snapper’s superiority lies in the versatility of its Event types. With Snapper, event types are completely configurable by the user and unlike other programs, Snapper allows many criteria for an event to be described. For example, a shot in basketball could have the shot as the Event type, and “who shot it” as the first criteria, “where was it shot from” as the second criteria, “was it a successful shot” as the third criteria, etc.
Once the event structure is defined for the first game it can be used as a template for all future games. Events can be logged during or after the game and also with or without video being present. |

Snapper also has the capability of importing data from other applications, such as real time stats gathering programs designed for PDAs. This eliminates the need to re-enter data.
